Dr. Bishop Web Survey

Overview:

Dr. Bishop and Onproso wanted to assess whether there was a receptive climate towards fee-based online weight management services. We wanted feedback on the interest level in pay-per-use online services, the kinds of services that clients would find useful, as well as general feedback about the current web site and its existing services.

Onproso developed a custom survey and produced a brochure format for paper distribution as well as an online version that could be easily accessed at Dr. Bishop’s existing site and which stored responses in a database. All responses were transferred to SPSS and analyzed and an executive summary was prepared and delivered.

Outcome:

With over 70 clients choosing to take part in both the paper and online versions of the survey, the project generated an abundance of useful information that was key to making valid and informed decisions.
